Murchison House has faced a profound refurbishment, giving the University of Edinburgh a stunning new purpose-designed venue on its King's Buildings Campus.
A brand-new, spacious, and functional space has been crafted for the Leitz Winery in Geisenheim. This space serves the purpose of organising tastings and hosting special events. The venue benefits from a carefully chosen selection of ceiling elements, specifically designed for acoustic performance.
Considering that the space may be fully occupied at times, considerable attention has been dedicated to the overall room acoustics from the initial planning phase. This meticulous planning led to the selection of ceiling solutions renowned for their excellent sound absorption properties. The project places emphasis on warm colours and natural materials to establish a harmonious ambiance. These criteria were met with the incorporation of HERADESIGN® Superfine Creative Module hexagon-shaped elements in RAL 7006 beige grey colour.
